- 1 apple, more tart
- 100 g yourt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- N / A Walnuts, chopped and roasted
- salt and pepper

- For the dressing, mix the yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, wasabi paste, sugar and parsley well, season with salt and pepper.
- Peel, core and slice the cucumber or cut into fine slices, grate the apple and mix quickly with the sauce. Let it steep in the fridge a little and then serve with a few chopped and roasted walnuts.
