Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s), organic
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 100 g yourt
  • 100 ml milk
  • peeled and grated some ginger
  • salt and pepper
  • some lime juice
  • possibly chilli flakes

To garnish:

  • some celery, just the green
  • 1 slice (s) cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cucumber and celery. Remove any threads from the celery.
  2. Cut the vegetables into pieces and puree them together with the yoghurt, milk and ginger in a blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lime juice and possibly chilli flakes.
  3. Serve garnished with celery greens and a slice of cucumber.
  4. Note: the mixer should be powerful, otherwise the drink will not be nice and smooth.
