Ingredients

  • 1 small salad
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 can corn kernels (drained weight approx. 280g)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Pick up the lettuce, wash and spin dry. Line the bowl with the leaves. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Drain the corn and pile on the lettuce leaves with the cucumber slices. Wash the dill, cut finely. Mix the sour cream with the sweet cream, season with salt and pepper. Put the peeled garlic in the press and press over the sauce. Mix the sauce with the dill and pour over the salad. Mix only at the table.
