  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 30 g cress
  • 1 dl milk
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some parsley
  • possibly garlic (granules or fresh, pressed)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into cubes and place in a tall container with all the other ingredients. Puree with the hand blender. Alternatively, the ingredients can also be pureed in a stand mixer.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
  3. Tips:
  4. The spices can be varied according to taste.
  5. It is very refreshing when you add two ice cubes to the glass.
