Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and slice it finely. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into square pieces of leaf. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and finely dice.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Place the cucumber and iceberg lettuce in a fan shape on plates or plates. Salt and pepper the tomato pieces and pour the dressing over them. Scatter the chives on top.
