Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon oil, cold-pressed (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • sea-salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber lengthways (remove the seeds if you like) and cut into slices. Halve and core the melon, cut the pulp into wedges and then into slices.
  2. Whisk the sour cream with the oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and finally sprinkle with dill as desired.
