Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and slice it into fine slices. Place the slices in a colander and add a little salt so that they draw water.
  2. Halve, core, and peel the peppers and cut into fine small cubes. Finely dice the onion. Cut the spring onion into fine rolls.
  3. Mix the diced onions and spring onions with all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Put in a bowl, add the diced paprika and let stand for a while.
  4. Just before serving, squeeze out the cucumber slices by hand and add them to the dressing. Mix together carefully.
  5. If you like, you can top it off with a few strips of fresh basil at the end.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
