Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 ½ tablespoon fruit vinegar
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- salt
- Pepper (herb pepper)
- some basil, if you like

- Peel the cucumber and slice it into fine slices. Place the slices in a colander and add a little salt so that they draw water.
- Halve, core, and peel the peppers and cut into fine small cubes. Finely dice the onion. Cut the spring onion into fine rolls.
- Mix the diced onions and spring onions with all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Put in a bowl, add the diced paprika and let stand for a while.
- Just before serving, squeeze out the cucumber slices by hand and add them to the dressing. Mix together carefully.
- If you like, you can top it off with a few strips of fresh basil at the end.
