Ingredients

  • 50 g olives, black
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 250 g herb quark
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • some parsley, smooth, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cut the olives into fine slices. Finely dice tomatoes. Mix both with the quark and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the halves into 4 oblique pieces and pour in the quark. Garnish with parsley.
