Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber (s)
  • 2 tablespoon walnut vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the cream:

  • 200 g cream cheese, rainier
  • 2 tablespoon chives fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon bell pepper (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • salt and pepper

For the topping:

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • some paprika powder or chilli,

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and finely slice it. Layer them flat on the plates in flakes and drizzle with walnut vinegar and oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread a big dollop or many small blobs on the cucumber and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and chives. If you like, sprinkle with some paprika powder or chilli.
