Ingredients

  • 100 g red pepper (s)
  • 100 g cucumber (s)
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 80 g round beef
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon crème légère
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • chilli pepper (s)
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and dice the cucumber. Also clean and dice peppers, mushrooms and onions.
  2. Fry the onions and mince in the hot oil for about 5 minutes. Add paprika, mushrooms, cucumber and onions and fry for another 5 minutes, then season. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the crème légère and mustard, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  3. There is also ribbon noodles.
