Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 1 can corn
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ dill
  • 2 teaspoons herbs, e.g. parsley, chives

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices and season with a little salt to remove the water from the cucumbers. In the meantime, mix the sour cream, cream, salt, pepper and herbs for the salad dressing. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Add corn and onions to the sauce. Now squeeze out the cucumber a little and pour out the water. Fold the cucumber into the sauce.
