Cucumber – Corn – Sauce

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), cut into cubes
• 1 can corn
• 1 cream cheese corner
• salt
• Pepper, freshly ground
• Chili powder, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Fry the chopped cucumber in the olive oil. Add the corn and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add the cheese corner and dissolve. Puree everything and add the spices to taste. Goes with many dishes, I prefer this sauce with pasta or mashed potatoes.
