Cucumber Lime Shake

A very pleasant drink – aromatic and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber – 100 g
  • Lime (lime juice) – 1 pc.
  • Soy milk – 2/3 cup
  • Yogurt – 0.5 cups
  • Fresh mint – 5-7 leaves (to taste)
  • Sea salt – 1-2 pinches (to taste)
  • Ice (cubes) for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber.
  2. Cut into cubes.
  3. Place in a blender.
  4. Add lime juice.
  5. Pour in soy milk.
  6. Add yogurt.
  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. Add mint, salt, and beat again.
  9. Crush with ice cubes.
