- 300 g cucumber (s)
- 1 small apple
- 500 g buttermilk
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream
- 4 stalk / s peppermint
- 4 slices lemon (s) for garnish

- Wash the piece of cucumber, peel it, unless it is an organic cucumber, then you can use the peel, cut it in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core. Roughly dice the cucumber and apple. Put the first 5 ingredients, except for the whipped cream, in a blender and puree them finely. A hand blender is also possible, of course. The cream is just stirred in.
- Wash the mint, shake it dry and - except for something to decorate - pluck the leaves from the stems and cut them into fine strips. Serve the shake in pretty glasses. Decorate with incised lemon wedges along the edge and mint leaves. Scatter the chopped mint on top and serve the shake immediately.
