- 1 cup buttermilk, (500 ml)
- 3 tablespoon sugar, depending on your taste
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Salt, (I take about a heaped teaspoon full)
- some pepper

- Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the buttermilk with the sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper and pour over the cucumber. Mix everything briefly again and put in a cool place.
