Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
- 1 onion (s), red, finely diced
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon chives, cut into rolls
- salt and pepper

- First mix the buttermilk with the sugar well, then slowly add the lemon juice, then the oil.
- Mix in the onion and chives and season with salt and pepper.
- Also tastes good with lots of fresh dill as a dressing for cucumber salad.
