Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the cucumbers, remove the seeds and cut crescents.
  2. Peel the mangoes and cut into cubes.
  3. If you don`t have fresh mangoes on hand, deep frozen ones are also good. You should definitely be ripe. Add the chili sauce - stir, done!
  4. Perfect for a barbecue evening, also a nice souvenir because it is quick and easy to brew.
  5. Also works great with fresh, ripe pineapple or honeydew melon!
