  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 onion (s)
  • liter ⅛ broth
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the finely chopped onion. At the same time cook the potatoes in their skins. Cut the cucumber into slices and sauté briefly with the minced meat / onion mixture. Add the broth and creme fraiche, season with salt, pepper and cook for another 10 minutes. Finely chop the dill and add.
  2. Serve with potatoes and e.g. with tomato salad.
