Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), boiled
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 3 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 6 tablespoon salad cream
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled, cold potatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the cucumber into very thin slices and add. Chop the pickles, parsley and onion and add them as well.
  2. Mix a sauce from the salad cream, vegetable stock, mustard, salt and pepper, pour it over the potato salad and mix everything together.
  3. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  4. This goes well with hot sausages.
