Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), boiled
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 6 tablespoon salad cream
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- Peel the boiled, cold potatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the cucumber into very thin slices and add. Chop the pickles, parsley and onion and add them as well.
- Mix a sauce from the salad cream, vegetable stock, mustard, salt and pepper, pour it over the potato salad and mix everything together.
- Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- This goes well with hot sausages.
