Ingredients

  • 1.8 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 150 g Miracel Whip
  • 1 apple
  • 300 ml cucumber liquid

Instructions

  1. Clean the potatoes and cook with the skin for about 35 minutes, then drain and let cool. Peel hand-warm potatoes and let them cool. Then cut into 1/2 cm thin slices, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the cucumber and onions. Heat the cucumber liquid and stir in the onions, cucumber, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper and pour everything over the potatoes. Cut the apple into small pieces and stir in. Let it steep for 1 hour, then stir in Miracel Whip and season again with salt and pepper.
  3. It tastes best the next day!
