Cucumber Salad in Sweet and Sour Dressing

• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion (s)
• 3 sprigs dill
• salt and pepper
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon sour cream or crème fraîche

Instructions

1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices with the kitchen grater and drain in a sieve. Press the garlic, dice the onion and finely chop the dill. Mix everything with the rest of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until ready to eat.
