- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 sprigs dill
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon sour cream or crème fraîche

- Cut the cucumber into thin slices with the kitchen grater and drain in a sieve. Press the garlic, dice the onion and finely chop the dill. Mix everything with the rest of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until ready to eat.
