Ingredients

  • 2 piece (s) cucumber (s)
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light and mild
  • 2 tablespoon walnut oil or neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • pepper
  • Dill
  • 6 leaves wild garlic, fresh
  • some water to lengthen

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and peel and slice them if necessary.
  2. For the sauce, mix the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and dill and season to taste. If you like, you can add water to the sauce.
  3. Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips. Mix the cucumbers with the salad sauce and mix in some of the wild garlic, sprinkle some over as a decoration.
