- 100 g yourt
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped, preferably fresh
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Salt and pepper

- Peel and slice the cucumber if necessary. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. If you like, you can also salt the cucumbers separately in advance.
- Mix the cucumber with the dressing and let it steep a little, then season to taste and serve on plates or in small bowls.
