- 2 cups sour cream
- dill
- salt and pepper
- milk

- Peel and grate the cucumber. Add the sour cream and milk and stir. The amount of milk depends on how liquid you want the salad to be. Add finely chopped dill to taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Let it steep for 2-3 hours, then season again to taste.
