  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the vinegar, sugar and olive oil in a bowl and stir. Then cut the onion into small cubes (sometimes only half an onion is enough) and add to the bowl. Now peel the cucumbers as usual and slice them into the bowl.
  2. Mix the salad and leave it covered in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes, it will taste even better.
