Cucumber Salad with Cream Cheese

• 1 cucumber (s)

Instructions

1. Peel the cucumber and quarter it lengthways. Cut out the core and cut the cucumber into slices. Finely dice the onion.
2. Mash the cream cheese with the lemon juice a little with a fork. Season to taste with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
