Cucumber Salad with Fresh Mint

Ingredients

1 large cucumber (s) or snake cucumber
5 stalks mint, fresh
1 dash oil
1 lemon (s), including the juice
salt and pepper
1 splash liquid sweetener or a sweetener your choice

Instructions

Wash the cucumber and cut it into any shape (for me it was fine pencils - julienne insert in the cucumber slicer).
Wash the mint and cut it into very fine strips, the upper stems can also be included. If you don`t like mint so much or have no experience with it, please feel for it by the stem. Squeeze the lemon.
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Maybe sweeten with sweetener, or whatever you want to take.
I ate the salad freshly dressed, so I can`t give you any information about how it tastes after hours. In any case, he will have drawn a lot of fluid.
