Cucumber Salad with Mint and Lime Dressing

• 1 large cucumber
• 0.5 ½ bunch mint
• 2 medium lime (s), juice and zest
• 200 g yourt, Greek
• salt
• pepper

Instructions

1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add the coarsely chopped mint, lime zest and juice from the limes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Halve the cucumber, scoop out and cut into small pieces. Pour into the yogurt dressing and mix.
