Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 100 ml yogurt
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- possibly mint

- Cut the cucumber into small cubes and place in a bowl. Mix the yoghurt, tahini, garlic and lemon juice with the hand mixer, season with salt and pepper and mix with the cucumber.
- Garnish with mint if you like.
