Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 onion (s)
For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill, freshly chopped or dried
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ thyme, freshly chopped or dried
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic

- Cut the cucumber into thin slices with a kitchen slicer and drain in a kitchen sieve. Add a teaspoon of salt and stir several times with a tablespoon while pressing down a little so that the water is squeezed out. Cut the spring onion into rolls and the onion into small cubes and add.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Fold in the cucumber slices and sheep cheese.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then serve.
