- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 cup sour cream, (250ml)
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet sauce (garden herb sauce)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons water

- Slice the cucumber with a salad slicer.
- Preparing the garden herb sauce: Put the powder in a small container, add 2 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of oil and mix thoroughly. Put the cucumber slices in a salad bowl, pour over the salad sauce and sour cream. Mix everything well again and leave to rest for about 1/2 hour.
- Then mix again and serve. Other ingredients can also be added, paprika, etc.
