Instructions

1. Slice the cucumber with a salad slicer.
2. Preparing the garden herb sauce: Put the powder in a small container, add 2 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of oil and mix thoroughly. Put the cucumber slices in a salad bowl, pour over the salad sauce and sour cream. Mix everything well again and leave to rest for about 1/2 hour.
