- 2 cucumber (s)
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 tablespoon sour cream
- some pepper, whiter
- 3 stalks dill, fresher

- If necessary or desired, peel the cucumber and slice it into thin slices. Mix with the salt and drain in a sieve for about 15-20 minutes. Squeeze out very lightly and place in a bowl. Finely chop the dill. Add the remaining ingredients and the dill and mix everything well. Season to taste and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
