Cucumber Salad with Tuna and Sheep Cheese

• 1 cucumber (s), finely diced
• 1 can tuna, chopped up
• 1 pack sheep`s cheese, diced very small
• 1 small onion (s), cut into very fine strips or slices
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• pepper
• salt
• 1 clove (s) garlic to taste

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with vinegar, oil, pepper and salt. If you like, you can squeeze a clove of garlic into the salad dressing.
