Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s) (snake or farm cucumber)
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, 50g
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbal salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried, or bunch dill, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • Milk, to be poured on if you like

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers (if you like), then chop or slice. Make a dressing from natural yoghurt, walnut oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, dill and honey and season to taste. If necessary, add a little milk, if you like. Mix the cucumbers with the sauce and place in bowls or plates. Cut the spring onions into slices and sprinkle over them.
