- 150 g yourt, Greek
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper

- Slice the cucumber thinly. If you want, you can peel them and remove the seeds. Peel and chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt and rub into a paste with a knife.
- Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices, mix together and enjoy.
