Ingredients
Fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Avocado – 1 pc.
Spinach leaves – 5-7 pcs.
Honey – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Purified water – 100 ml
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
Wash and peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into pieces.
Rinse the spinach leaves well, remove the stems. Chop the leaves or tear with your hands. Send all prepared foods to a blender, pour in lemon juice and water, add salt and honey.
Grind everything to a homogeneous mass – first at low speed, then gradually increase the speed.
Pour the prepared cucumber, avocado, and spinach smoothie into glasses, garnish with herbs, and serve the cucumber smoothie to the table.
