Ingredients

  • 600 g cucumber (s)
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes (1 cm). Bring the milk with the vegetable stock to the boil and cook the cucumber cubes in it. Season to taste and puree everything with the blender.
  2. Wash the dill, dry it, chop it very finely and sprinkle it over the soup before serving.
