Ingredients
- 150 g quark
- 2 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
- 1 small cucumber (s)
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 bunch dill, cut
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- salt and pepper
- possibly spice mixture (tomato seasoning salt)

- Peel and finely dice the cucumber. Then mix with the quark, sour cream and all other ingredients. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, possibly seasoned tomato salt and horseradish. Chill until ready to eat.
- Makes a great accompaniment to baguette or bread.
