Ingredients

  • 150 g cucumber (s), oranic
  • 120 g tomato (s)
  • 90 g red pepper (s)
  • 100 g apple
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apple, dice it finely, place in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Quarter and core the cucumber piece and cut into small cubes. Remove the white partitions and seeds from the paprika, dice the pulp. Remove the stalk and seeds from the tomatoes, dice the pulp. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Mix the oil, parsley, salt and pepper in a larger bowl. Add the diced vegetables and the apple pieces, fold in well and season to taste.
  3. Place one dessert ring on a small plate, pour in the salad and press down gently. Garnish and serve as desired.
  4. Also suitable as a starter.
  5. 275 Kcal per serving.
