  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • possibly water
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, fresh, e.g., oregano, basil, thyme, chives or parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices. Cut the feta into thin slices.
  2. Stir the dressing together and season to taste. Place the tomatoes, cucumber and feta on a plate alternately in a fan shape and pour the dressing over them.
