- 4 tomato (s), eighthed
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), half slices
- 1 onion (s), /4 rings
- salt
- pepper
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- chives
- parsley

- Cut the tomatoes into eighths and place in a bowl. Cut the cucumber in half slices and add. Cut the onion into 1/4 rings. Add salt, pepper and sugar, as well as a squirt or two of lemon juice and a tablespoon of oil. Then add the chives and parsley. Let it steep for 5 minutes and then season to taste, serve immediately.
