Cucumber with Feta Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber (s)
• 200 g feta cheese
• 130 g natural yourt, low in fat
• 1 pepperoni, (spicy)
• 100 g olives, pitted
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• Cayenne pepper
• Seasoned Salt
• 2 cloves garlic
• pepper

Instructions

1. Mash the feta cheese with the oil, yoghurt, lemon juice, oregano, pressed garlic and cayenne pepper and stir until creamy.
2. Slice olives. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes.
3. Put both in a bowl and mix.
4. Pour the cheese cream over it and mix carefully.
