Ingredients
- 350 g cucumber (s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 150 g natural yourt
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper, whiter

- Halve, core and dice the cucumber.
- Lightly whip the sour cream, yoghurt and mustard. Finely chop the dill tips, press through the garlic clove and add both to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the sauce to the cucumber cubes and mix everything together.
