Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s), unpeeled
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ ginger, fresher
  • 2 tablespoon peppermint, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 375 ml natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
