Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber (s), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dill, freshly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, very good
  • 20 olives, pitted and quartered

Instructions

  1. Place the cucumber slices in a colander, sprinkle with salt and drain for 30 minutes. Then rinse the cucumber slices, pat dry and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the cucumber with the dill and drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil. Add the olives, lightly season with salt and mix in.
  3. Let the salad rest for a few minutes, then serve.
