Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the cast:

  • 125 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter and fill it in a prepared dish.
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, gently warm the butter and milk for the topping. Stir in the other ingredients as soon as the butter has melted. Then spread the topping on the batter and bake for another 10 minutes.
