Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, egg, and oil in a microwave-safe cup. Add sugar and flour and stir until the ingredients are well combined and no lumps can be seen.
  2. Place the cup in the microwave and bake at approx. 600 watts for 4 - 6 minutes. Be careful, the cup is very hot.
