Cupcake “For Tea”

- Boil the kettle. Brew strong tea. I recommend bergamot tea, it is very aromatic. Wash dried fruits and cut into cubes.
- In brewed hot tea, soak the raisins and dried apricots, cut into pieces. Leave for half an hour. Turn on the oven.
- Whisk eggs, butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Pour in flour, baking powder, add chopped dried fruits and tea. Mix well.
- Grease the molds with oil. Transfer the dough to molds.
- Place the molds on a baking sheet and place on the middle shelf. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve warm or cold.
