Ingredients
Flour – 3 tbsp
Cocoa – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Milk – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Vanilla (vanilla extract or vanilla sugar) – to taste
Directions
Pour baking powder and vanilla into flour. Add cocoa and sugar. Mix everything well in a mug.
Pour in milk, mix. Then add the egg, mix until smooth.
Pour in oil, mix until smooth. (You can mix all the ingredients in another bowl, and then transfer to a mug.)
We send the mug with the dough to the microwave, set the maximum power and cook the chocolate cake in the mug in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. (at a power of 700 W – 2 minutes). The main thing is not to overdo the cake in the microwave. Chocolate cupcake in a mug is ready. You can eat it warm or wait for the cake to cool down.
The cupcake is easy to remove with a knife, but you can eat it straight out of the mug.
