Cupcake in a Mug (in the Microwave)

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla (vanilla extract or vanilla sugar) – to taste

Directions

  1. Pour baking powder and vanilla into flour. Add cocoa and sugar. Mix everything well in a mug.
  2. Pour in milk, mix. Then add the egg, mix until smooth.
  3. Pour in oil, mix until smooth. (You can mix all the ingredients in another bowl, and then transfer to a mug.)
  4. We send the mug with the dough to the microwave, set the maximum power and cook the chocolate cake in the mug in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. (at a power of 700 W – 2 minutes). The main thing is not to overdo the cake in the microwave. Chocolate cupcake in a mug is ready. You can eat it warm or wait for the cake to cool down.
  5. The cupcake is easy to remove with a knife, but you can eat it straight out of the mug.
