Cupcake in a Mug (in the Microwave)

Recipe from the “magic wand” series – a chocolate cupcake in a mug, in 5 minutes. If you have absolutely no time to prepare complex dishes, then this recipe for a muffin in the microwave will definitely come in handy.

Ingredients
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Cocoa – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla (vanilla extract or vanilla sugar) – to taste
Directions
- Pour baking powder and vanilla into flour. Add cocoa and sugar. Mix everything well in a mug.
- Pour in milk, mix. Then add the egg, mix until smooth.
- Pour in oil, mix until smooth. (You can mix all the ingredients in another bowl, and then transfer to a mug.)
- We send the mug with the dough to the microwave, set the maximum power and cook the chocolate cake in the mug in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. (at a power of 700 W – 2 minutes). The main thing is not to overdo the cake in the microwave. Chocolate cupcake in a mug is ready. You can eat it warm or wait for the cake to cool down.
- The cupcake is easy to remove with a knife, but you can eat it straight out of the mug.
